Center for Communication Programs Pakistan, a non-profit organization registered in Pakistan, is in consortium with Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Program as its lead for USAID-funded Health Communication Component of the Maternal and Child Health Program. The Health Communication Component is mandated to improve health-seeking behaviors and strengthen the capacity of government, civil society organization, and private-sector partners to design, implement and evaluate Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) interventions for improved maternal and newborn health care in Pakistan. Center is seeking applications from experienced and qualified professionals for the following positions.

Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (1 position/Islamabad)
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will report to the Executive Director and is responsible for managing all research-related activities, documentation and report writing of the project. This position will work closely in collaboration with the project team, particularly towards monitoring and reporting on milestones and documentation of good practices. Moreover, the position will require preparing regular reports and inputs to various presentations and research papers produced by other team members. Candidates should hold a minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Sciences or related field with at least 10 years of professional experience in research, report writing and project documentation in the development sector. Work experience in USAID-funded projects with focus on FP/MNCH issues is of added advantage.

SBCC Monitoring & Coordination Officer (1 position/Karachi)
SBCC Monitoring & Coordination Officer will be based in Karachi and reports directly to the M&E Specialist, under the overall leadership of the Chief of Party and will work in close coordination with SBCC team. This position will provide supportto JH UCCP in smooth implementation of SBCC-related activities in program district and their coordination with program partners. Candidates should hold minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences/Public Health or related discipline with at least five years of experience in field monitoring of health communication or related programs/interventions. Advanced knowledge of public health and family planning and MNCH issues is of added advantage.

Program Support Officer (1 position/Islamabad)
Program Support Officer will be based in I slamabad and reports directly to the Executive Director. This position will provide administrative and coordination support to component’s activities including documentation, liaison and other support activities. Candidates should hold minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or Social Sciences wrth at least three years of work experience in similar capacity. Work experience in USAID-funded projects with focus on FP/MNCH issues is of added advantage.

All positions require proficiency in English and Urdu languages, excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills and command over MS office. All positions require extensive field travel. Ideal candidates must have the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
