Project Director / Coordinator
Salary Package: (Rs. 100,000/-)
Qualification / Experience / Eligibility Criteria
Master Degree from a HEC recognized University with high academic attainments having 10 years’ experience in relevant field in class-1 or an equivalent post in a Govt, or Semi-Govt, organization.
Preference will be given to the Civil Engineer owing the nature of project, capable of overseeing project related management, procurement, administration and other matters and well aware of relevant codes, guidelines and rules.  Computer skills are mandatory.
Age: 21-40 years

Assistant Engineer Civil
Salary Package: (Rs. 60,000/-)
Qualification / Experience / Eligibility Criteria
1st Class Bachelor’s degree in requisite discipline of Engineering from a registered institution or equivalent qualification and registered as a professional engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council.
Preference will be given to a person who has 03 years’ experience in BPS -17  in Public sector organization/department especially related to large scale Construction Projects.
Well versed with project execution in collaboration with consultant, contractor and project team and a Computer Skilled.
Age: 21-40 years

System Analyst/ IT Specialist
Salary Package: (Rs. 60,000/-)
Qualification / Experience / Eligibility Criteria
1st class MCS/BCS/B.Sc Engg. (Electronics/Computer) having 05 years’ rich certified experience of managing networks of at least 250+ machines and relevant certification.
Preference will be given to professionals having international certifications e.g. CCNA, MCSE&CCP.
Age: 21-40 years

Overseer/Sub Engineer Civil
Salary Package: (Rs. 25,000/-)
Qualification / Experience / Eligibility Criteria
3 years diploma in the requisite technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with Board of Technical Education. Preference will be given to a person who has 05 years’ experience in Private/Public sector organization/department related to execution of large scale building construction projects. Must be well versed with Surveying, Material Estimation, Quality Assurance and Computer Skilled.
Age: 21-40 years

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

• Candidates are required to submit attested copies of their degrees, photos, result cards, transcripts & certificates along with prescribed application forms in-person or send by mail (General Post) to the Registrar, the University of Poonch Rawalakot.
• Application form(s) can be obtained from the Office of Registrar, University of Poonch Rawalakot during Office Hours (08 a.m. to 03 p.m.) after payment of Rs. 1000/- on Habib Bank Challan in favour of The Treasurer, The University of Poonch Rawalakot.
• Age limit shall not be applicable to regular in-service university employees.
• In-service candidates must apply through proper channel.
• Preference will be given to AJK nationals.
• During the course of selection available posts will be taken into consideration.
• Applicants will be short listed on the basis of written test (where required) in their respective fields.
• The University reserves the rights of cancellation of advertised posts partially or totally without assigning any reason.
• Project duration is four (04) years.
• Appointments will be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable on the basis of performance and availability of funds.
• These appointments will not entitle the incumbents to claim as a right for permanent absorption.
• Application forms indicating the posts should reach the office of the Registrar, University of Poonch, Rawalakot, latest by 27-02-2015.
• Incomplete/applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
