Sunrise services set for Sunday morning in Galion

Easter service planned at Windfall Emanuel UCC, GALION – Windfall Emanuel United Church of Christ, 1781 Biddle Road is preparing Easter services, beginning with an Easter Sunrise choral program at 8 pm, followed by breakfast by the men of the church. The Easter morning service is at 10:30, followed by a takeaway meal.

Easter Dawn Service at the Crawford County Fairgrounds
BUCYRUS – On Sunday, April 1 at 7 pm, a service will be held at the stands of the Crawford County Fairgrounds. This non-denominational service, sponsored by Bucyrus Ministers Fellowship, presents a dramatic recitation of the Easter story and music by Matt Eichhorn’s Pastor Choir, consisting of pastors of the Bucyrus churches area.

With the steps to the east, this should provide a perfect view of the sunrise in good weather. Arrive early to reflect on the significance of the Resurrection of Christ as you watch the sunrise and enjoy the auditioning music at 6:45. The service is carried out in the rain or in the sun. MANSFIELD – Kingwood Center Gardens is pleased to announce the opening of the 2018 season on April 1st with the annual Easter Easter service at 7am.

Prayer breakfast for men on April 11 in Bucyrus
BUCYRUS – Josh Harris, President and CEO of Freedom Direct LLC, a end-of-life life insurance call center, will be the guest speaker for the next interdenominational men’s breakfast at 7am. on April 11 at the Bucyrus Community Hospital Cafeteria. April 28 Seminar at Ohio Central Bible College
IBERIA – Reverend Jack K. Moore will give the next spring seminary at Ohio Central Bible College. His theme will be “A Literary-Cultural Approach to the Parables of Jesus in Luke”. The event will take place on Saturday, April 28, starting at 10 o’clock. at 15 o’clock in Iberia Presbyterian Church, 8607 County Road 30 in Iberia thanks to the courtesy of the community.

He is a retired Pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and has served congregations in Texas, New York, New Jersey, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Ohio Northern University in Ada and a master’s degree in deities from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Columbus.

Registration for the seminar on April 28 starts at 9:30 am. in the church. It costs $ 20, including lunch. A certificate of completion will be available to those who attend. Call 419-946-5576 for information.
